Cancellation Policy

Private + Duet Appointments
Curls and Pilates honors a strict 24 hour cancellation policy for all appointments. In order to avoid forfeiting your appointment or being charged in full for unpaid registrations, please be sure to cancel your appointment by emailing info@curlsandpilates.com at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.

No exceptions. No refunds. No credits.

Returns Policy

Service Sales

  • All sales are final, but may be transferred.
  • Refunds will be issued in case of a merchant processing software error, or if a Curls and Pilates team member incorrectly processes a sale on the client’s behalf.
  • Account credits for the full amount paid will be issued if the client incorrectly processes a sale, or has a change of mind.
  • All return requests must be submitted in writing to info@curlsandpilates.com within 7 days of the sale date.

Late Arrival Etiquette
If you anticipate being late, please email info@curlsandpilates.com. Out of respect for our clients, we will wait 20 minutes, and if we do not have any notice, we are free to leave, and you will be charged the full amount for that session.

Payment
We accept payment via PayPal, Venmo, and CashApp.

What to wear
Clothing that allows a full range of motion is ideal. Leggings, yoga pants, or bike shorts, paired with a comfortable top work best. Shoes are not permitted in the Pilates studios. Please feel free to wear socks, or work out in bare feet if you prefer.

Expiration Policy
We offer the ability for clients to buy back any expired sessions if they have sessions left after the expiration date. The fee is $20 to buy back any private sessions. The buy back is valid for one month.
