  • All fees are due in advance, payable via Cash, Credit Card, or Zelle.

  • All packages have an expiration date.

  • Package fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.

 

Cancellation Policy

 

  • Because your scheduled appointment time is held specifically for you, I kindly ask for 24 hours notice of cancellation. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be billed in full.

  • If you wish to reschedule your appointment, I will do my best to accommodate your request. If we are unable to agree upon an alternative slot and the request is placed less than 24 hours prior to your original appointment, the session will be billed in full.

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, the training hour will not be extended and will end at the scheduled time. There is a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. After 15 minutes the session will be cancelled, and the session will be billed in full.
